_return policy

We are sorry things didn't work out for you. If you are not satisfied for any reason with your G&G products purchased on our .us website, please read on for our return policy.

(If you purchased your product at a Geekandgorgeous site other than the .us one, please read the respective refund policies on those sites - every item should be returned to the country you purchased it from.)

You can return an item to us, if:

• The product is in new, unopened condition and bought within 14 days and you changed your mind about the purchase for whatever reason
• You tried the product and it did not work out on your skin within 60 days of purchase. The product has to be at least 50% full at the time you return it to us. We cannot take more than 2 bottles of return/product.

Please also label it as: RETURNED GOODS

Please know, we are not able to refund any shipping cost (shipping cost originally on the package or return shipping cost) and we are able to do the refund only if the goods arrived successfully and undamaged to our return address. We will do the refund via the same means as you did the purchase. Please allow up to 30 days for the return to get processed and the refund to show up on your bank account.

Don't forget to keep the receipt (or proof of shipping) that you get from the chosen company until the refund is done.
